 Explosive Car Chases! It's a tale of a bad cop gone good as donut chomping, woefully out-of-shape Ron Jeremy look-a-like, Officer Manley, is forced to confront his corrupt and inept ways. His whole career, Manley has been lining his pockets, boosting his ego and abusing his Krispy Kreme privileges by sticking his chubby fingers in the dope trade and pussy peddling. But the corpulent officer has got a dirty secret. His taste for young street hustlers, particularly his shame-filled love for the luscious, but frail, strung-out Junkie Luv, is about to make him take a harsh look at the man in the mirror. With the help of the tough and sassy drag queen street vigilantes, The Pink Panthers: Cha Cha LaWhore, Ban-Anna Hothole Smith and Eartha Kunt, Manley's going to turn his back on his scummy past and embrace life as a gay American cop on the straight and narrow. But beware... the all-powerful dragon lady queen of the underworld, Black Betty, has summoned two of her henchmen, psychotic hitman Cracker Jack and feeble, duplicitous, drug dealer/pimp Speed, to escape Putrid State Prison in a gory prison break massacre. Once reunited with Black Betty's organization of thugs, freaks, geeks and ladies of the night, they will stop at nothing to keep Manley's streets under their control, especially if it means wiping out the meddling Panthers.
